Ever since x10hosting did the migration thing, I've been having issues accessing phpMyAdmin in DirectAdmin. When I try to access it, it says: "Cannot Execute Your Request phpMyAdmin is missing direct_login option. Please re-install phpMyAdmin." How do I reinstall phpMyAdmin in DirectAdmin? Also, every time I try to access my x10host website, it says: "Apache is functioning normally." Why does it say this? It says this on a white screen. My website doesn't even come up. I have a WordPress website. I can't even access my wp-login administration page. Every time I go to this page, it says:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What is the solution to these problems? I don't understand what's going on. x10hosting migrated my website from cpanel to DirectAdmin. Is this correct? If so, then why can't I access my website and my wp-login page?

If you have a redirect to https and there isn't a valid certificate or your domain https will not work, this is a "feature" of apache webserver. While we hope to find a workaround solution for it the only option right now is make sure the site runs on http only.

There are a couple ways to set wordpress to the correct URL by editing files, see this article: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/

As for phpMyAdmin and the direct_login error that is something that can only be sorted by the serveradmins, and I have told them about it so it should be sorted fairly soon I hope.

For now, can you try using this link, you should be prompted for login details, and you need to use the DirectAdmin (same as here on the forum) username and password: https://x13.x10hosting.com/phpMyAdmin/index.php

It appeard to work for my server when I tested so hopefully it does for yours too.

According to the link that you sent me about changing the site URL, it says:

Edit wp-config.php #Edit wp-config.php
It is possible to set the site URL manually in the wp-config.php file.

Add these two lines to your wp-config.php, where “example.com” is the correct location of your site.

define( 'WP_HOME', 'http://example.com' );
define( 'WP_SITEURL', 'http://example.com' );

Where, exactly, do you put these two lines at in the wp-config.php file? Do you put them at the end of the file? Where do you put them at? If you have pictures that can show me where to put the lines at in the file, that would be great.

I tried to log into https://x13.x10hosting.com/phpMyAdmin/index.php with my DirectAdmin/x10hosting username and password. It doesn't work. Screen Shot 2020-01-19 at 3.23.44 PM.png
