Everything but email working

After the recent server changes, my website is back up and running... FTP access is fine.. but I am not receiving any email, nor can I send email via webmail nor SMTP.

I have searched the forum, and cannot find anyone else having my exact problem. Is this likely to be resolved, or do I need to bump my support ticket? I know the guys are busy...

bumping tickets is not a good idea, as we usually check the oldest first.

Though I'd recommend checking it as the last replier is not you

I did see the reply, thanks. I wasn't sure how long to wait. Strangely, and probably unlike most people here, I can handle the site being down... but I really rely on the email.

yes, most seem to freak out about their sites being down.

I can't tell how long you'd need to wait, but I'm sure Corey will let us all know when the process of moving accounts are completed.

Though your mail could be up sooner then that, depending on when your account is moved and the DNS is updated I guess.

Just a note, if you didn't set our name servers, be sure to keep an eye and update your A record when your account has been moved as you will get a new IP.

i've been unable to send email for some time now (since last month, i think), and unable to receive emails since june11. i've decided to delete the email accounts, and re-activate them tomorrow. hope that works.
