Experiencing redirect loop on login

After the front page says "Sign-in complete" (at https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/main), it redirects me to cpanel (https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/login/), which redirects me back to the main page, which validates my details again, and redirects me back to cpanel, and so on and so on, indefinitely.

What can I do to fix this?

I think it was blocked because my ftp client was attempting to log in with the wrong password multiple times.
