Just opened free acct, selected "custom Website,' created ftp acct (auth TLS), attempted login, got this:

[ftp log:]
220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
220-You are user number 24 of 50 allowed.
220-Local time is now 13:04. Server port: 21.
220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.
AUTH TLS
234 AUTH TLS OK.
PBSZ 0

---------------------------------
[ftp client warning:]
ftp.testhost0.x10.mx uses an invalid security certificate.

- The certificate is only valid for *.x10hosting.com.

This could be a problem with the server's configuration,
or it could be someone trying to impersonate the server.

If you have connected to this server successfully in the past,
the error may be temporary, and you can try again later.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Will they fix this?
Thankx

Unfortunately there is no way for us to even have a valid security certificate for your domain in this way. Your client is checking the domain, so we would have to essentially buy a certificate for every domain - not exactly something feasible!

Have you tried connecting with xo3.x10hosting.com instead? If that doesn't work, it is still completely safe for you to push past this message, or just use standard FTP.
