Hi,
I have used this service previously but failed to log in on time so my account was lost however the same credentials were able to be re-used.
Upon typing my credentials into a DNS checker, I go the following:
____________________________________________________
ns1.x10hosting.com.
Reverse for 198.91.80.2 points to an unknown host name (s1.infinitysrv.com).
The PTR record for the address points to an unknown host name.
ns2.x10hosting.com.
Reverse for 108.178.57.230 points to an unknown host name (pub4.x10systems.com).
The PTR record for the address points to an unknown host name.
Name server ns2.x10hosting.com (108.178.57.230) does not answer queries over TCP.
The name server failed to answer queries sent over TCP. This is probably due to the name server not correctly set up or due to misconfgured filtering in a firewall. It is a rather common misconception that DNS does not need TCP unless they provide zone transfers - perhaps the name server administrator is not aware that TCP usually is a requirement.
