fail to connect database

Hello,
I upload a Nuked klan website but when I configure the database connection, I have "fail connection to database".
I have linked user "root" with the database named "hawx".
I don't know what 's the problem.
Thanks for your help.

Please do note that both the database and the database user is prefixed with your cpanel name, you will need to use that full database name and user when configuring the script.

Given the information in your post, the database name would be: warbird1_hawx and the user would be: warbird1_root

I use this user and database name on my website. But it doesn't work :s.

On phpmyadmin i can see the database.I can add and remove table. But the weight of database was the same (0.00Mo).
I use "localhost" for host MYSQL.

yeah, cPanel does not show the size of the database, we had to remove that function to keep the mysql servers stable, so just ignore that bit of information in cPanel.

You should be able to get the database connection to work now, your remote database access hosts table was missing one entry that is needed since msyql and webserver is not the same physical server.
