failed to connect

Hello,
When i tried to connect to my site it's "Failed to Connect"
Is this for the upgrade of x10hosting.com? that's why my site is totally down? But few days ago when x10hosting.com upgrading my site still comes not regularly but it comes. But now it totally down and when try to
connect it only shows "Failed to Connect".

Yes that would be the likely cause. During the process there's been a few ups and downs in the service.
