very nice, keep in mind that some people still have a lower resolution screen so design for 1024×768 setting and ensure it contracts properly, or ‘transforms gracefully’, to the 800×600 setting.
1024 x 768 is still the most popular screen resolution as of 2009.
Only a small percentage still use 800×600 screen size.
Yes mate thanks, I need to lower the canvas size!
I intend to Have the header (Nav) and footer elasticated in width and the middle content area fixed width (approx 800px) with an elasticated height.
Still getting my head around CSS
Edit:
**UPDATE**
Site Live :
http://www.yorkshireremovalsandlighthaulage.co.uk/FBF/index.htm
Issues I have seen:
Layout is messed up in anything below IE8;
I want to close the small empty black gap above the NAV bar.
Please test my site and give me feedback.
The flash TV animation is the old design, the new one I am putting on the site is the same size just has more footage to be shown in the tv screen.
There might be a lot of CSS coding that is unneeded. If this is the case I would appreciate it being highlighted so I can remove it safely.
Cheers guys
