Fatal error: Allowed memory size of X bytes exhausted (tried to allocate Y bytes)

I have a form that makes a test, the user can select how many questions would be that test, the problem is when the user create the test, this error is displaying, need some help please :
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 66322417 bytes) in /home/****/public_html/*******.php on line 433
