Please upgrade your php version to intermediate.

Login at http://x10hosting.com/login Use your forum username and password to login, then scroll all the way down the page and on the bottom left side you will see an area designated for the upgrade, please select the intermediate version and then fill in the form about why you would like the upgrade, the process to upgrade may take up to 24 hours so please be patient, you will receive 2 emails, first one stating the upgrade has been accepted, the second is the one that tells you the upgrade is complete, when you receive this, your issue should be fixed, if you have any more problems, please re-open this thread and post back.

• Login to your AMP ( Account Management Panel ) http://www.x10hosting.com/account - use your FORUM name / password
• Put in a request to upgrade to Intermediate PHP ( State your reason )
• Once you receive an e-mail stating you were approved, it will take 6-12 hrs for the upgrade to become active.
