Fazer conexão FTP com filezila

Hello, I'm trying to upload data from my old site through filezila, but I can't connect with the link to my site, I'm using ftp.mushroom.x10.bz and the login and password of a user I created, but it's not there working, what could it be?

What error do you get? You say a user you created, as in an FTP account you created in DirectAdmin? If so note that the @mushroom.x10.bz must be part of the username.
