ffmpeg path

Please tell me the path for ffmpeg, I set up a site to upload videos and in order to grab the thumbnail you need the path for ffmpeg. Also I am considering signing up to vp server what are my options on getting a Domain name and using the site I have installed on the free hosting account?

Hi James,

We can't offer FFMPEG on free hosting due to the huge amount of resources it would consume and how easy it would be for it to be abused. You can install FFMPEG on an x10VPS package, however.

I should point out that, assuming you are talking about x10VPS, all VPSs are currently unmanaged. If you own a domain name (purchased from an external registrar), you can point the domain name (likely as an A record) to your VPS server and configure it in that way.
