The problem here is that you violated the TOS, the copyrighted stuff would be the most severe things, but fact is we have zero tolerance for BOTH file hosting and copyright infringements.

This means the account is permanently suspended, all access permanently revoked. You will not get access back to the account for any reason, nor will we provide you with any backups.

Access to the account will -not- be removed. This was a manual suspension - someone had to review your account and discovered the files being hosted illegally, given that they infringed on someones copyright (which means they were not -yours- to distribute, and by them being on your account they broke both file hosting and copyright infringement).

As such, access to the account was PERMANENTLY revoked. Period. You cannot regain access to this account, and it will be purged from the system after a minimum of 14 days.

The space was provided ONLY for hosting a web site.
Storing personal files, computer drivers etc is constituted as file hosting, which is not allowed. Further more you had files that violated copyright laws in your account; unless you have written permissions to store the drivers in a publicly available web space that would be a copyright violation.

The suspension has all marks of being done by our CEO, we're not going to overrule that. There's really not much to add to this discussion. Access has been revoked, the account will eventually be terminated.
