My account is apparently suspended for some reason and I need to be able to access it for work.
Is there any way I can speed up the opening of my account?

File hosting is a direct violation of the terms of service you agreed to when signing up for the account.

Also, with it being marked with zt (Zero Tolerance), that means someone verified it as such and found the violation severe enough to warrant a permanent suspension. This does mean that you will not get any access to the account back.
