File Synch Freeware

I need to synchronise a folder on a home pc with one on a web server using ftp automatically at timed intervals, anybody have a freeware solution?

I found this while searching for a Linux version of "Mozy" and have been primarily using it for online backup. However, the program claims to be capable of secure sync and file sharing, though I have not yet tried those particular features myself. And it appears there are versions for Windows, Linux, and Mac.
Not sure if this is exactly what you are seeking, but take a look at their site.
