Files all missing on website

I recently logged onto my site to find that all my files are missing!

What do I need to do to get them restored?

All I have is a 403 forbidden. This still hasn't been resolved. It doesn't look like my files were restored after the migration. Please help.

Additional info: site is roadkillhaiku.x10.mx. All files are missing from file manager. When I browse the site, all I get is a 403 error.
