Files missing after migrations

Hi, I don't use this account too often, so it took a while to notice, but just about everything disappeared in my account other than [sub]domains and other account settings. None of the files appear in the cPanel File Manager, and I just get an empty file listing when I hit the domain with a browser, though the database(s) still exist. The domain I'm using to test is http://dev.thefletcher.net

Help.....?
