Files missing, FTP not working

From the looks of things, I am have a migration issue, so here is my thread. All my files are missing (no problem, I have local backups) and I cannot do anything with FTP: create users, log into user that it says already exist (even though the list of users is empty...) etc. could someone help please?

There's no hosting account attached to the forum account you are posting, the request needs to come from the proper forum account (applies to all types of support questions).

If you do not know what forum account is attached to the hosting you can see information, and if you wish change the linked forum account, if you login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account as well as give you an option to switch to another existing forum account

That is REALLY odd..... my Forum login and my hosting account are the same email, but you are saying they are not linked.... I will try what you recommend, thanks!

When hosting account is created there's automatically a linked forum account created as well, seem linking of forum and hosting accounts might still have a bit of an issue though. I did use the email address to look your account up, the attached forum account is joshuale, same as your cPanel username.

The issues with your account should now be sorted out, let me know if you still see something not working properly.
