Files missing in cpanel. Website showing 404 error

My website is showing a 404 error / 10hosting sign-up page.
I logged in to my cPanel and none of the files are there. I have the basic free hosting account.
My account was suspended, however I logged in immediately when I received the notice and requested the suspension be removed. I received a confirmation that the suspension was removed.
Why can't I see any of the files I uploaded or any of the website pages?

Hi,

That sounds really strange; a suspension should not touch your files. Are you able to go into the R1Soft Backup Manager and recover the files from there?
