Filezilla won't connect to server

This is what I keep getting whenever I try to connect. I don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Use your cPanel login details, and just ftp://cooperneedlecrafts.x10hosting.com/ (instead of ftp://ftp.cooperneedlecrafts.x10hosting.com/ )

That should let you log in successfully.
