I've just managed to download and install it. It was a nightmare, the site kept timing out. But I've now got it, and have helped Mozilla on their World Record attempt.

My download speed when I did it went at 1MB/s on all computers I had when I did them. I must've hit the good mirrors. When I was having a friend do it the same time I was downloading it, he got a few time outs and he was only downloading between 12-25KB/s.

Got it.
Bookmarking seems more complicated, before I could just drag the favicon into the necessary folder on the bookmarks toolbar, now I have to click on the little star and then go to the "organize bookmarks" thing, and and and... Gah. I don't like that.
