First my Account has been suspended, now my connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse.

At first Im trying to get help by posting in forum to unsuspend my account, without getting any response from any staff now Ive been blocked due to I don't know reason. Can someone help? Or can i just download my file on my suspended cpanel? is there anyway? thanks

How do you know you are blocked? Are you getting any error messages or just not able to open pages? Your IP was not found in the firewall so as far as I can see you should not be blocked.

Thank you mam anna. But still can't access my cpanel because of this. I don't know what happened. Its just I keep on trying to login then this happened.
