Hello, im not quite sure what i did to get suspended for "Spamming". I am a newcomer and i do not know what i did so my apologies. Can i please not be suspended anymore?

The mail.php you have, which does have the title
is what got you suspended.
The last mail log for the account says: "User korrupt has just tried to send message number 3099", which means that within an hour your account tried to send more then 3000 e-mails. It was blocked btw, as the limit is 100/hour.
Your account is permanently suspended, all access is revoked permanently.
