Yeah good site .
1.why you used the url forwarding(url hiding)? looks unprofessional
2.there are loads of sites dedicated for flash in the net dont take this is a discouragement .try to globalize the site and add some great templates for downloads.
3.your add here text is overlapped by some other.
4.about me links are more suitable for portfolio or individual project kind of site on my point of view and users think that its not a huge site like that.

I was waiting for the site to finish loading, and then I realized it was.

Your site only has two shades of the grey, and therefore looks un-professional. If you put a gradient for a header before your content, and above your links, it would look 100% better

Fully agree. I understand not using too many colours, but this just looks a bit "flat".

I have to admit, for a flash site, you would expect to see a nice piece of flash! - The onyl example is the rolling news update section.

Apart from that - pretty slick
