Fontpage extensions problem

I have tried to install Frontpage extension many time for my site but it couln't be installed. The installer said: "Saving .htaccess file: /home/hoangtu/public_html/.htaccess
Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "srm.conf". Please check the file permissions.
Merging .htaccess file: /home/hoangtu/public_html/.htaccess
Setting Password
Frontpage passthough auth enabled in /home/hoangtu/public_html!
Frontpage was installed on the following domains: hoangtu.x10.mx"

Please kindly advise me about this problem.
