After migrating my website, and forums, from a previous hosting site. I had decided to add a couple of new features to the forums. One of which is a Downloads are/section. And another was a Tutorial section.

I had installed the features without any errors from the forums or the servers.

But, in my testing of the new sections I keep getting the following error everytime I post a new, or updated, download/tutorial:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have gone as far as to test the rest of the forums. And I have found that the above error is not just limited to the new sections of the forums. It happens even when posting a new thread in any of the sub-forums.

I have found that most of the time I can not post a new thread/tutorial/download if it thread/tutorial body/download description has an extra new line in it.

for example:

This does not recive the Forbidden error -

abbb this is a test to see if it works.
does it work?

But, this does -

abbb this is a test to see if it works.
does it work?

how about now?

So, how is it that your server filter(s) causes the second one to fail? This does not make sense.

I'm looking to move my site to someplace else if this can not be corrected.
