I'm having a problem viewing my site. It says "Forbidden". What to do on solving this?

looks like your IP is on a 'blacklist' - that is used by x10hosting to block access to your Web site

are you using a 'VPN' or 'Proxy' or something like 'TOR' ? - if yes that might be why

I have no issue 'seeing' URL --> [ http://baligya.x10.mx/ ]

I did not use any 'Proxy' or 'VPN' software. And how come my IP is on a 'blacklist'? it is still Forbidden...
