You should be able to view/edit this Information In Your Control Panel by going to cPanel > FTP Accounts then you should see an FTP already setup right to the side of it click > Configure FTP Client and then should give you the FTP username: connect@yourdomainhere, FTP server: ftp.yourdomainhere, FTP & explicit FTPS port: 21. If you want to change the password since You have forgotten You can click Change Password and It will allow you to put in a new password. I'm not sure If you need to have the old previous one but from the looks of it you shouldn't. If I'm wrong please correct me x10hosting staff. Hope this helped :) Also You can just setup a new FTP Account It should still allow you to access the same files you did previously before on the old FTP Account that you forgot your Information on. I'm no smarty pants at this compared to the staff working for x10hosting but I hope this advice helped you out, but If not you should just wait for the staff to respond.

Though @no2nsa is still completely correct, I would also like to add that you can also login with your cPanel username (derbygho) and password if you don't want to create a new FTP account within cPanel. :)

I'm not to sure about this but If you look in registered FTP Accounts under the part where it says Password Strength It has Directory, try putting public_html as the folder you want to maintain. But before you do this please wait for a staff member to reply to correct me. I'd rather you not accidentally overwrite the current public_html folder and risk you losing all the current files in that Directory. So on the safe side just wait for a staff member to say If this correct or not :) Hope this helps after. (DO NOT ATTEMPT YET PLEASE).
