Forgot Password

I forgot my password to my x10hosting premium client area. My email is hockeyquest@shaw.ca and when I try to send myself a password reminder it says (Details sent to the email address you entered) but I don't recieve anything in my email. Can you help me out?

your forum account is not linked for a hosting account. This could have been caused by an account termination. If you can provide us with your previous cPanel username and administrator can assist you further.

I know this forum account is not linked to my premium account I just made it so could ask you how to get my password back, there is no other way for me to ask a question. I know my account is not terminated as it is still hosting my websites (www.hockeyquest.ca) and (www.x-fitness.ca). I actually lost my previous cPanel login and password.

Premium accounts does not have links to a forum account.
