I'm really confused. How is this owner. So who owns a website I create on x10.hosting? And the "recent changes" url takes me to nowhere.

x10Hosting will not send you emails of this kind, but the following quote does show something interesting:

envelope-from <topowiki@vox.x10hosting.com>

This suggests that the email is being sent from somewhere on your account (not x10Hosting's backend).
There may be a script on your account that could be sending emails like this.

Any idea how can I "debug" or trace what's causing these emails?
