Forum Account Email Address Mismatch

Hi,
I am trying to link this forum account to my X10Hosting account, and it is telling me that my forum account is already linked to another account, so I try to swap it to my current account (parrjaco) and it says that the vBulletin email must match the client email, but they do. They are both parry.jacob@gmail.com.

I used to have an X10Hosting account, but it lapsed and I couldn't log into it anymore after the system switched a while ago. So now I created a new one but can't connect it to my forum account and cannot create a new forum account because my email address is used by this one. I was wondering if you could link them for me.

You should now be able to use the swap option to set this forum account to be linked with your hosting account.

The mismatch was actually that the clients account for this forum account, and the stored email address in vBulletin database didn't match up, they do now.
