forum account

I can't access my forum account. My account name is tundrian and none of my passwords work. I tried password recovery but it didn't work.

@ChatIndia: opening a support thread inside the account panel DOES post a thread at the forum under that user, doesn't necessarily mean they are able to actually sign into the forums.


@tundrian: Have you tried the "update password" function inside the account panel? This will reset the passwords for cPanel, forum etc.
Ps. forum password should under normal circumstances be the same as for account panel.
