Forum password problem

I have reseted my password for the forum, but the password (code) that they send me to my email is wrong. I can't acess the forum at all.
forum username: fdlrutinas19
forum new password: *******
hosting username: fdlr
email: fdlrutinas@gmail.com

You just posted your password in a public forum where everybody can see it.
NEVER, EVER post your password for ANY reason.
Hopefully a moderator will be along shortly and take care of this.
