Forums running slow

I have asked the phpBB3 support team how i can get my forums to run faster. nut they say its a problem with the host..

So..im not sure what u can do to make it run more smoothly...but just to let u know.. u use funscio(i think its called) to install phpbb3

if im correct..the last time this happened..i i needed to do was upgrade my PHp..but since you don't akllow that to happen..i geuss i have to use these forums..

Cossacks is probably just running slower than normal. It may also be your internet connection. All your pages load fine for me.
