Wow, it probably took you like 5 seconds to make that. If you're going to post this, put a tutorial on how to get a free .co.cc domain name with some pictures or give us some reasons why we should use them instead of .co.nr or .tk.

all the guys around here in x10 know about this long time before..
so explain about setting up mx,a records or atleast how to set up a DNS server name in co.cc hope that makes some sense..

Hey give him a break, he's just trying to be helpful.

I think that Co.CC is one of the best free domains out there, I like the fact that you get full DNS control, and also when you email them for support they are very helpful.

Yeah I've always known about this, I think co.cc is better because you get full control of the domain and I think you can make money from it?

You could even link it to your x10 account if you wanted .

Sorry for this noobish question, but if I buy a domainname, can i redirect it to the hosting here at x10?

So if i get 'myadress.com', will every filename be adapted to that. so myadress.x10hosting.com/test.php becomes myadress.com/test.php automatically?

Or does one need to have the domainname at the same place that you get your hosting so they are connected or something?

I don't want to go and spend some money (not much, but I have very little, so I can't afford payed hosting), and then have a domainname that I can't use for my x10 hosting..

You need to change the domain of your account in your AMP, and in the forum settings of your site (seeing as you have a forum).
