I'm attempting to sign into my account. I'm unsure of how long I was away due many issues, is a restore still possible?

Happy Easter.

Edit: also if needed, what IP do I need? I use Cloudflare DNS

Your last login was in November of last year. At the end of December, it was eligible for suspension. In January, it was eligible for deletion. It was deleted two months later in March. The admin team was allowing a one-time only account restoration because of the transition to DirectAdmin and reminder emails not being sent. That window ended at the end of March. Now, the files are deleted, the server is deleted, and the backups only exist since the administrators have allowed restorations far beyond the original deadline. This is not a normal occurrence; there will probably never be a situation where you can recover a deleted account again. Please do not rely on email reminders as they're generally unreliable. Logins are required every 30 days (not once a month).

I'm requesting that your account be reviewed by the admin team for possible un-deletion. Please be patient as this process may take a day or two.

If your account is restored, you must update any DNS that is not through x10 to go to your server, x13, which is 198.91.81.13 .

Yeah I was wondering why I didn't get any emails. Thanks for your time, and quick response.

Your account should now be restored.

I advice you to not rely on email as your sole reminder to login, it has been known to end up in spam folders for some as well. In my opinion it is also wise to login a bit more often then once a month, as a means to keep yourself informed about upcoming changes.
