I wanted to submit a Ticket, but I got errors when trying to register. So I thought of posting it here.

I want to modify my account, if it's possible:

Current settings:
Username (cPanel): tichurch
Domain: tichurch.co.cc
My Account is currently in good standing.
I want to change it to:
Username: pconorway
Domain: pco.x10hosting.com, or pconorway.x10hosting.com (if the first one is already taken).
I tried to do this in the account panel, but it's being ignored for some reason I believe. But I still need help on this... if possible.

You have to open a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com to change you username..

And to change your domain follow the following simple steps
1. Go to Account panel http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
2. In right There is link "Modify your account click on it.
3. There change your domain name to whatever you want.
4. Wait for some time.

If domain change is in pending list then you have to submit ticket also for this...

If information is helpful. Then don`t forget to add reputation( )

I don't think you can change the user name, but you can change the domain through account management panel, the domain don't have to be related to the nick you are using.

Thanks for all your replies, but I had already tried changing the domain in the account panel (I did it 2x), but nothing changed.

Now, I'm trying it again and maybe it will work this time. I chose pco.x10hosting.com and the current status is "queue insertion" /pending. Let's see...

Edit:
Ok after I tried to modify, I got the same result--Nothing changed. I have to figure this one out.

Neither of those domains is registered through X10 currently, so you should be OK.

Are you using the "use subdomain" option? When I use that, it works for me.
