Hi, i have free hosting here, and in "public_html" i have "[temp]" folder where i uploaded a files when i got disconnect from hosting. And i got message how my host is suspended because of some criminally files.
This:
Code:
Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded.

What now i must do?
If it is a problem with my "[temp]" folder and files in there, can administrator erase only this folder and files in there, and active my hosting?

Phishing is a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up.

Your account will remain permanently suspended.

You will not be allowed access to your files at this time.
The suspension reason is Phishing and it is highly unlikely that the suspension is in error.
However, I will leave this thread open for the time being and somebody should be along shortly to review the suspension and the files on your account which triggered the suspension.
In the meantime your account will remain suspended.

Are you saying that you did not upload a page meant to impersonate another site with the purpose of collecting passwords and/or other information?

It really does not matter where or why the files were uploaded to your account.
If they are found to be phishing then the suspension will stand.
For now please be patient until the files are reviewed by an appropriate member of the support team or staff.
It may be several hours before that happens.

Tell your friend that he got you permanently suspended.

If you blindly upload files without knowing what are in them it is your fault.

The pages your friend gave you to upload is indeed phishing sites, design to log and store facebook usernames/passwords.

The suspension is permanent, all access, including backups, revoked permanently.
