It has been noted that the "Free Server" has been allowed to max out or fill up completely a way too often, which in turn forces a client to switch to a paying or upgraded service. This is not a way to do business or penalize your "free" customers. My web site has been down for four days now while "it's being worked on." Give me a break! Having a hidden agenda and motive is poor business. I was contemplating on upgrading to a "paying" service, but when a company does nonsense like this...I will look elsewhere for a host server.

We actually now have extra measures in place to prevent free hosting servers from becoming full, meaning that this will happen much rarely. In the past few weeks I haven't seen one time where this has occurred, which is excellent. When we perform maintenance on servers, we do it as efficiently as possible and it is always for the benefit of our free users. We always try to keep downtime to a minimum and do our best to fix any issues that appear while our free hosting services are running.

We do not force people to upgrade our services. However, our premium services are not subject to abuse (since, because this is free hosting, we do get a bit of abuse) and has a 99.9% Uptime Guarentee SLA, so users can rely on our premium hosting. We are not forcing - it is simply an option that we are suggesting to the user.

Unfortunately I am unsure what the situation is with your website, but I can see the "Palo Alto" page completely fine currently.

I'm unsure what you are referring to.

Again, I am unsure what nonsense you are referring to. Our volunteers (including me) handle the free support and do our best to keep the servers running normally. I do not mean this in an offense way at all, but we have lives of our own and therefore cannot be monitoring servers 24/7. Our premium servers are carefully monitored - that's why we offer a 99.9% Uptime Guarentee SLA.

I will look elsewhere for a host server.
If you are looking for free hosting elsewhere, good luck.
