Free service sign ups disabled?

Hello,

my account was suspended due to inactivity and would like to sign up again but it just says it's not possible right now try again later. I'm just wondering if they are disable for a certain amount of time? I tried looking for some information regarding this but didn't see anything.

Signups are not disabled at this time, some regions are disallowed from signing up though, if that is the case that information would be included in the message however. Best you can do is as the message says, try again later.
