Fris to boru migration - database connection error

Hi, I'm getting a Database connection error, after my blog/account was transferred from FRIS to BORU
this is my blog http://www.iambulletproof.x10hosting.com/.

I already checked the remote mysql entries and I already checked this entry "int.boru.x10hosting.com". Can you help me regarding this error? Thank you so much. I am hoping for your further reply on this.

1. Go to cPanel --> PHPMyAdmin and visually check that your databases are there

2. Go to cPanel --> MySQL Databases
Create a new user.
Add to WordPress database. When the privileges page comes up, check the top box "ALL PRIVILEGES"
Go to wp-config.php and replace the old user/password with the new one.

3. Post back on success or failure.
