I seem to not be able to connect to my FTP account. I downloaded the config file and imported into FileZilla but it won't connect even when I am inputting the correct password. Please help!

What error message are you getting? Could you please ensure you are using the FTP details at this wiki article?

Thank you,

What address and port are you using to connect to FTP?

Have you checked your firewall settings? And is 'Connection Timed Out' the only error you get; doesn't it say anything else? Post what it says in the log box where is says 'Command' and 'Response'.

"Connection Timeout" suggests there is a problem with the actual connection to Port 21. I have checked the firewall on Level and it looks like it is allowing you fine. Please can you ensure that there is no firewall, router or proxy on your end that could be blocking Port 21. Many workplaces and schools do this.

Doesn't seem I can open ports on my computer. I use windows 7 and when I go to the firewall settings it doesn't allow me to change settings to open ports, only add programs to the allowed list.

It could be your network that's restricting because I know some places have port restrictions are you on a personal computer aned network or a work computer and a work network

Personal computer and networked through a shared connection on another computer in the house. Internet goes to the one computer via Cat 5 and then that computer shares the connection via a wireless card which my laptop is connected to.
