i cant log into my account panel because apparently it is not linked with my domain and cpanel account and when i try to go onto the sitebuilder for my website it says that my username or password is incorrect

If you have been inactive for a prolonged period of time the account may have been terminated.

To find out what has happened we need to know your cPanel name.
