FTP and HTTP not allowed

When i try to log by filezilla to my ftp account i receive the 421 error.
I've controlled my configuration one more time but i think that is correct.
The address http://www.planetrss.co.cc is not avaible. Why?

you need to register the domain at co.cc before you can use it

Yes you login to account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

select Modify your account and select use subdomain then select one of the available subdomains.

But in my panel use subdomain is selected but there are not avaible domain.

write all the details why your mail id and full name are blank.

You have to add the fullname and mail first then add the domain name.

What error do you get when you try to change to a *name*.x10hosting.com domain?

yes there should be a dropdown box, and I can see it. Make sure your browser is up to date, firefox or opera is recommended

May be your browser is stopping the scripts or javascript is not enabled.

Try opera and check. When yo select the primary domain box reduces its size and a new dropdown box appears next to it.

Now i've tried also with opera 10.10 and with konqueror 4.3.4 but there is always the same problem. Dropdown menù for subdomain don't appear.
I don't think that could be a problem of script because i see the other dropdown menù "country" and "birth date" but i can't see only dropdown menù to choose subdomain.

I'm seeing the same thing. The <select> is there, it's just hidden. I was able to temporarily fix it by using Firebug to disable the 'height' properties on #atp_mod_con > .marow > .mavalue and #atp_mod_con > .marow. The site developers will need to implement a permanent fix.

I can see dropdown menù only with IE. Now I've used IE to set it.
