FTP connection problem

Hi. For some reason I can't establish a Filezilla connection. As far as I know I'm not doing anything differently - tho I did allow a Filezilla version update just before hitting the problem. I get the trail below. Anyone having a similar experience or can suggest a solution? Many thanks. Owen

I have the same problem, I can't establish a Filezilla connection with x10hosting, but with other subscribers it 's working fine (like 000webhost or olympe). why isn't it working ?
