Ftp error ftp transfer failed after .. so many bytes

sure I just started a backup of another wordpress site, and uploading all the wordpress directories. After a while it started giving transfer errors. I then figured out, possibly to many files and started deleting things in the uploads directories, so I could get the main core files. I think there is a limitation on space, although the website says no limitations.

There is an initial limit, usually on 512 mb, which should be enough for most cases.
Once the account hit 7 days old, have a working site (don't need to be complete) that isn't violating our ToS and the account use up half the initial allotted space you can request to have the account reviewed and upgraded to unmetered plan.
There will always be some limits though as outlined by the ToS.
