FTP error

I am unable to connect ftp via filezilla. getting this error

Error:    Connection timed out
Error:    Could not connect to server

For host...put your url forexample.com
For username put your cpanel username.
For password, put your cpanel password.

For port, don't put anything.

If I were to ever receive ftp error such as yours I would get the "could not connect to server" error.

If you did do that correctly, please wait for someone more knowledgeable to help you with your situation.

Note: I am not x10hosting staff. Just a member trying to help.

I did and I have configured my filezilla like the same but maximum time this is happening
