ftp host name and other questions

Hi,
I was wondering what the host name is for ftp on my account. My site is relationships101.x10host.com. I was wondering if there were direct urls for accessing webmail and cpanel without going through the x10 hosting main site. I hope to hear back from you. Thanks in advance for the help.

Your FTP settings are visible at https://x10hosting.com/sso/main after you log in.
cPanel log in: https://xo#.x10hosting.com:2083/ <-- not really supported, may or may not work
Webmail log in: https://xo#.x10hosting.com:2096/

Going to cpanel direcly is advised from although it may work, as only logins through x10 is counted towards the inactivity timer, failing to login through that for more then 30 days will get your account suspended as being inactive.

If you do decide to log into cPanel directly even though it won't count towards activity, replace '#' in the URLs mentioned with '4' (xo4).
