FTP Issue

Hate to say it but now I'm having that problem...

I know it's not on my part :| BTW I'm on the business server. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I just logged into your account via FTP fine.. what client are you using? Can you try IE to test?

Me? The login is fine. It's like what they're saying...it times out when you try to go into a directery. I try to go into public_html and it'll get a few files through then time out...I tried to use a different FTP program and got the same problem. I can't login to my CPanel because I'm on a wireless LAN network I just set up a few days ago and I don't know how to configure ports and all of that stuff... because it won't work since it needs 2082. FTP through IE also times out when I attempt to go into a directory.

Can you FTP into any other sites fine? I just moved 100 files off and then back on to the server without it timing out on me. Is there anything specific you're doing so I can replicate it?

Really? Because now my site is loading very slow...all I'm doing is opening my FTP program...logging in, and double clicking public_html. Then after about 30 seconds I get the timeout message.

Response: 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list
Error: Timeout detected!
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing

I'll try again tomorrow, not sure what's going on.
