Yesterday, I created a free hosting account with x10. I created an FTP account in my cpanel and used the filezilla config file to configure filezilla connected successfully and then began uploading my files. I was then disconnected in the FTP client, and when I attempt to take a look at the cpanel, I am logged out and when I attempt to login again, I get the login cycyle where I login, get redirected to cpane login fails, login, get redirected to cpanel ad infinitum... I tried from a different computer today, and had the same issues. Based on searching these forum, I believe I am being IP blocked. Please remove my IPs from the block list, and allow me to upload files via FTP.

I checked after you replied and here is what happened:
I was able to log into the cpanel successfully. I then tried to upload my files via FTP again. I was able to connect via FTP and was able to complete 26 successful transfers and then the server no longer accepts the password and transfers begin to fail with the reason: Incorrect Password. At no time did I enter a new password. After these failed transfers, I am no longer able to log into cpanel, and I am back to where I started.
